It has a living room with a pull-out couch and also a bedroom with two single beds (compete bedclothes available), kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, electrical cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, water boiler and coffee machine.
The flat includes one bathroom with a window and a washing machine.

Rent prices:
— per night from € 70 (2 persons, for every additional person € 20 extra payment)
— minimum stay: two days

The prices are based on the respective fair periods and therefore may vary. All inquiries are welcome!
A longer stay with discount is possible (price on request).

The final cleaning costs € 40.00 and is to pay on arrival.
There is extra charge for arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 in the amount of 30 Euro. For arrival after midnight the extra charge will be 50 Euro.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

There is also 2 Satellite TVs (in the living room and in the bedroom) and WI-FI (Internet) is available in all rooms.
The apartment is located right next to a metro station (direct trains to the main station, and city center).  Moreover the exhibition center is in 5 min walking distance.
