The flat includes one bathroom with a window and
washing machine and the dryers are in the house
available.
Rent prices:
— per night from 70 Euro (2 persons, for every
additional person 20 Euro extra payment)
— minimum stay: two days

The final cleaning costs € 40.00 and is to pay
on arrival.
There is extra charge for arrival between 23:00
and 00:00 in the amount of 30 Euro. For arrival
after midnight the extra charge will be 50 Euro.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
There is also satellite TV (in the living room) and WI-FI
(Internet) is available in all rooms.
The apartment is located right next to a metro
station (direct trains to the main station, city
center and the airport). Moreover the exhibition
center is in 1 min walking distance.
