— per night from € 70 (2 persons, for every additional person € 20 extra payment)
— minimum stay: two days

The final cleaning costs € 40.00 and is to pay on arrival.
There is extra charge for arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 in the amount of 30 Euro. For arrival after midnight the extra charge will be 50 Euro.

There is also Satellite TV (in the living room) and WI-FI (Internet) is available in all rooms.
The apartment is located right next to a metro station (direct trains to the main station, city center and the airport).  Moreover the exhibition center is in 5 min walking distance.
